RunReady Movement Assessment
In your first session, we look at how you Absorb impact, Bounce forward, and maintain Stability. In your first session, we look at how you Absorb impact, Bounce forward, and maintain Stability — the three essentials that shape how well you run.
- —You’ll go through a full-body movement test to get your RunReady Score across Absorb, Bounce, and Stability, plus a footwear Match based on how you move.
- —You’ll leave with a personalized plan and exercise program that shows what to fix, what to wear, and how to train.
- —Your Score gives you a clear path to your goal, whether that’s running longer, running faster, handling technical terrain with more control, or running pain-free and more consistently.
- —This session is ideal for any runner looking to build a stronger foundation or understand how ready they are to take on specific runs or training challenges.





RunReady Treadmill Assessment
Includes everything in the Movement Assessment, plus treadmill analysis for deeper insight and a Symmetry Score that shows how balanced your stride is.
- —You’ll get everything included in the standard Movement Assessment: a full-body movement test, your RunReady Score across Absorb, Bounce, and Stability, and a footwear Match based on how you move.
- —On top of that, you’ll complete a treadmill video analysis and receive your Symmetry Score, revealing imbalances that help refine your footwear match and exercise program with greater precision.
- —You’ll get a clearer understanding of how each side loads and pushes, giving us insight into asymmetries that may lead to inefficiencies or compensations.
- —This session is best for runners preparing for a race, working toward a personal best, or looking to train with more precision while reducing injury risk.

Physiotherapy Assessment
A traditional physiotherapy assessment designed specifically for runners dealing with pain, tightness, or injury. Includes movement testing, hands-on treatment, goal setting, and corrective exercises tailored to your symptoms and how you run. Ideal for runners managing pain, recovering from injury, or working through mobility and strength limitations.

Follow-Up Physiotherapy Session
Follow-ups are where your plan continues, whether you're progressing your Score or addressing pain, mobility, or recovery needs.
Led by a physiotherapist, this session can be used to retest your Score, adjust your exercises, or focus on specific treatment based on how your body is responding. Depending on your needs, it may include movement coaching, manual therapy, or deeper reassessment to support performance, recovery, or pain management.
Ideal for runners checking in between sessions, progressing their plan and goals, or needing more focused time for ongoing issues.

For distance runners, we focus on movement efficiency and your ability to absorb impact. Your assessment will identify how to optimize your movement for sustained performance, reduce fatigue-related form breakdown, and prevent overuse injuries common in long-distance training.

RunReady Performance Progress Sessions are active physiotherapy training sessions, so be prepared to sweat.
*A warm-up is always recommended before movement, so feel free to come in a few minutes early to stretch.
The RunReady Performance Program is designed to help you benchmark your current running movement and improve your running health and performance. At minimum, we recommend reassessing your movement every 3-6 months, depending on your running goals.
We also offer 30-minute Performance Progress Sessions designed to help you improve your score. These sessions will be recommended by your Physiotherapist based on your program results and goals.
If any issues are identified, your Physiotherapist will recommend the appropriate course of action, which may or may not include treatment for injuries.
